If you are registering a team you will select “table/team” and list the Team Leader as the only registrant. Once your payment has been received, you will be sent a form to complete (with additional shooter information) and return.

PLEASE READ!!!: DO NOT CLICK THE "PAY NOW" BUTTON unless you are ready to confirm your registration. After registering and paying on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

IF YOU BEGIN REGISTRATION BUT ABORT: An e-mail will be sent to the team leader that informs the individual that the registration information has been accepted but that confirmation of your registration is not complete until payment is received. Within the body of that e-mail you have the opportunity to complete the registration process by paying on-line. Just click on the invoice number to finalize payment. You are not registered until payment is received!

WHAT: Annual IAGC Sporting Clays Tournament

· 5 Shooter teams in competition – shoot off between top 2 teams

· Make up your own team (all or partial) or allow organizing committee to match up your (or your group) teams.

· Morning training shoots (40-50 targets – 3 stations).

· Shooting competition – teams move among 6 stations – 50 targets per shooter.

· NSCA guide/instructor offers instruction/tips.

· Prizes awarded for best team, highest individual score, most improved score, and “preserver of most clays” (lowest score).

· Quality door prizes

WHO: Leaders in the Geophysical and E&P industries.

The meeting will follow usual format, and will be held at Fugro House, Oslo, Norway.

Delegate details should be sent to Tone Gundersen including hotel nights required so that rooms can be booked and confirmed in advance. Hotel rooms are always a challenge in Oslo, so we need to know by latest 14^th September.

If you have any agenda suggestions please send them to Sue Penty for inclusion.

Tone Gundersen ( Fugro-Geoteam QHSE Coordinator) will coordinate the logistics for the event, so please communicate directly with her for hotel bookings, participants lists, and questions surrounding logistics.

What: Semi-Annual meeting of the Joint IAGC/OGP Global HSE & Security Forum

(Agenda coming soon)

Who: IAGC and OGP members, E&P companies, subcontractors, and service suppliers who have an active interest in the current HSE issues affecting the geophysical industry and its performance; and who are interested in working cooperatively in identifying and solving these issues.

How: The Forum is organized and presented by IAGC/OGP. Delegates will not be charged for attendance to the meeting but will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs.

IAGC and OGP will provide breakfast, lunch and refreshments (both days). All attendees are invited to attend a “Cocktail Hour” at the end of the first day’s event. Location and time will be announced at a later date.

There is no charge for this event however registration for either or both days is required.
