Details for "OGP / IAGC Subcontractor Management Workshop"

The objective of the workshop is to improve implementation of sub-contractor management across the industry, and thereby reducing the rate at which sub-contractors are injured.

In voting by both IAGC and OGP, this was identified as the single most important topic by far over other issues, by both groups.

In the one day workshop extensive use will be made of breakout groups for brain-storming ideas and issues. The workshop is being coordinated by Ian Threadgold.

There are two requested actions by August 28:

(1) Go to yellow highlighted bar (at top / bottom of this webpage) to register and then e-mail Ian Threadgold of your intent to participate in this workshop (ian.threadgold@bp.com).

(2) and volunteer if you are willing to help facilitate the meeting by leading one of the breakout groups, and maybe help in a little bit of preparation before the workshop
